Oscar is a sweet tiny boy who found himself back in our rescue when his adopters ended up in the hospital. He is a good boy looking for his forever home. He was once part of a bonded pair so he definitely needs a friendly small older dog who will hang out with him and lounge around on dog beds and on the couch. He would do best in an all adult home with adopters who are home more than not and who allow their dogs on the big bed and furniture in general. If taken out regularly, he is good with housetraining. Having a fenced yard will help with this as that is what he's used to. He loves people and is good with other dogs. If you adopt Oscar, you will be guaranteed hours of cuddles and snuggling! In order to facilitate a personal home visit, we are looking for a more local adopter for Oscar. ***Applicants must be willing to drive to Ellicott City, Maryland to meet and adopt Oscar.****
