Biography

Sahara is a sato (street dog) rescued from Puerto Rico. She isn't a true doxie but she is so cute and sweet, we have made her an honorary doxie. Sahara is about 6 months old and 14lbs with long legs. She LOVES everyone (including kids) and wants attention (she wants to be in a lap or next to you). She can be a little skittish but is settling in very well. Just like any puppy, she is energetic and needs her playtime. She is walking well on a leash and loves to go out and about with her people. Sahara will need an active adopter/family, a fenced yard would be great, young and playful dog buddy a HUGE bonus. Sahara would greatly benefit from training to help shape her into a confident canine citizen. She is smart so training should be a breeze!
Her adoption fee is $350. Adopters must be willing to drive to Annapolis, MD to meet/adopt Sahara.
