Biography
Abby is a very sweet little girl who needs to be adopted with her brother, Nathan. They are super good-looking pups. They come from Texas where they were pulled from a shelter there. We have no other background or history on them. Both of them are very active and playful. Nathan loves tennis balls and Abby loves chew toys. Both are also very needy and always are looking for human attention. They absolutely hate being crated and will cry and whine very loudly if they can't see you. Because of that I'm seeking adopters for them that are "at home adopters". They would do best in a dachshund experienced/savvy all-adult home with a fenced yard (non-wire) and with people who will allow them to sleep in bed with them. Abby has an ongoing skin issue that requires bathing with medicated shampoo three times a week. She also likes to chew material and has already had surgery to remove a stomach blockage. ***Applicants must be willing to drive to Ellicott City, Maryland (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Abby and Nathan.****
