Biography

Dee Dee is a doxie/lab mix with the smooth black coat of a lab and the legs and length of a doxie. Dee Dee came from a sad situation in Texas, in one day she lost her doggie friends and her family. She can take a while to warm up but when she does she truly loves you.. We are working with her on her leash walking skills, which are coming along. She's already learned that the crate is a safe place and likes to go in there to chill out. She does need a tall non-chain link, non-wire fence. She just opened up to our pups and she really enjoys racing around the house playing with them. As far as we know her potty skills are on point. Dee Dee's perfect home will have a good-sized fenced yard and a dog buddy close to her size, age and energy level and people home more than not and who don't crate much. ***Applicants must be willing to drive to Ellicott City, Maryland to meet and adopt Dee Dee.****
