Dixie was given up by her owner because she could no longer financially care for her. She had a severe flea infestation when we picked her up and she has some hair loss. Dixie is a sweet little peach that gets along great with the dogs and the cat in her foster home. She is puppy pad trained inside and now goes outside as well. She eats great, but slowly. She has little hair on her ears, but fish oil capsules she takes will fix that in time. She sleeps in the BIG bed, and snuggles with other dogs. She has a very sweet personality and is a delight. She does need a dog buddy in the home and a fenced yard. She is not crate-trained or leash-trained. ***Applicants must be willing to travel to Ellicott City MD (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Dixie.****
