Biography
I am a cute doxie mix and weigh about 14 lbs. I am house trained and crate trained. I have never had one accident in the house since I have been at my foster home. I love to go outside and run thru the yard. I get along great with the other dogs at my foster home, but may take a few days to get used to a new home, family and routine. My foster mom recommends a slow introduction to anything new. We are not sure how I would do around cats, since I am not around them at my foster home. I love my foster dad, but am also fine with my foster mom. I am friendly with everyone that comes to visit us at my foster home. I love to give kisses. I am good with older kids, not sure about little kids, because there are none here at my foster's house. I have a favorite blanket that I will carry around with me and sleep with it at night. I love to sleep under a cover/blanket just like all Dachshund do.

Hank will need a dog savvy adopter willing to do some training. He is very stubborn (in typical doxie fashion) and probably has never had formal training. He is very lovable with his people and really wants to be a spoiled member of the family. I recommend a fenced yard for him.
Hank's adoption fee is $275.
Must be willing to drive to Frederick, MD to meet/adopt Hank.
