| "Hi my name is Missy and I’m a sweet 9 year old female dachshund. I am 100% house trained and my foster parents let me have full run of the house, I’m so happy that I don’t even chew anything up! I have been working on using the little stairs to climb into bed and I am almost got them down. I LOVES food (obviously), treats and chicken! If you gently toss a treat or chicken to me, I’ll catch it every time. I love playing with my foster sister and meeting new dogs at the dog park. I didn’t walk on a leash much before so as soon as we are out the door I am ready to go, so you’ll need to keep up! Please consider taking me home! I will reward you with lots of kisses!!" Missy came to us from Weslaco, Texas aka "The Valley." Unfortunately her owner could no longer keep her due to health reasons. It was a heartbreaking decision her family had to make since Missy is very affectionate and has been with them for many years. Missy's adoption fee is $150 but waived for adopters 60 and older. |
