Biography
Bo and Poe were surrendered to us in Texas because their owner, who loved them dearly, had severe health issues. They tested positive for heartworms and were transported to Maryland for their heartworm treatment. They are doing quite well and we will be very happy for them when they can go to their forever home. Everyone who meets them, falls in love with them because they are the friendliest pups around! They get along just fine with other dogs. Poe is very attached to Bo. Sometimes Bo will get a little bit irritated when Poe hangs out too much with him (typical brother) so we crate them separately but right next to each other. That keeps them happy. Both are very lovable. Poe loves his toys! Poe is very energetic and loves to play. Bo is much more laid back and will want to sit in your lap. They will go to their crates when you say "Kennel Up." They are crate-trained but need help with house-training. Hopefully, that will straighten out a bit after they are neutered. They do sleep in their crates at night. They do okay on leash but still need work. They will definitely need a fenced yard. These boys will provide hours of entertainment for one very lucky family or adopter! ****Applicants must be willing to drive to Ellicott City, Maryland (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Bo and Poe.****
