Dachshunds
are notorious for having bad teeth and gums. Even if you keep
up with the recommended yearly cleanings and daily brushing,
they could still eventually lose some teeth.
Some of our rescues come in with anywhere from Grade 1 to
Grade 5 dental disease. Most of them will have some, if not
all, of their teeth removed due to neglect.
We make sure all of our dogs have the doctor recommended
dental work completed prior to adoption. Once again there
is a great difference in prices from region to region with
the Northeast being the most expensive and the South being
the least. Prices range from $45 to $525 according to where
you live.
