| http://youtu.be/XOrEPsYnOh8 I am Toby's foster mom and he is an angel. He's doing great. He walks like a little wobbly butt and runs around like crazy. He absolutely loves to cuddle and be held. He runs and plays with my other 7 dogs. Six are mine and then Toby and Dutchess are fosters. He originally would sit and drag himself but after three laser acupuncture treatments he got up and started walking. He has had several laser treatments and 11 water treadmill sessions. The only time he starts to drag is after a full day of running around in the yard and playing. He raced in the special needs race at the National Dachshund Races in Findlay, Ohio in September and won a trophy. He was also Robin in our group costume contest and we won first place.
