Biography
Hello! I am Marshall and I am a very handsome dog am I not? I have the most beautiful dapple coat (everyone who sees me says so) and my eye has the pretty blue you see in dapple dachshunds and my ears are the envy of every hound I run into. I've been through heartworm treatment and am none the worse for it. I am very young so my vet says I should do just fine. I am shy at first but I warm up and will let you rub my tummy and chase me in the back yard! My foster mommy took me in her yard and threw a ball for me which I loved to chase but she thought I was supposed to bring it back. Nope, I just chewed on it. I also love to give kisses and I will nibble your chin to make you laugh. I love to play tug with towels too while my foster mom is doing laundry. She would rather I play tug with the dog toy though but where's the fun in that! I'm just a sweet loveable baby boy is what she says. So, if you want a very handsome, young, sweetheart of a dog...then you want me!! I am waiting for you. I very much want to be your forever dog! (Marshall's dream home will have a large fully fenced yard, an energetic trim young doxie his size to play with and active adopters not gone long hours. No small children, please.) **** Applicant must be willing to drive to Ellicott City, Maryland (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Marshall. His adoption fee is $275. ****
