Biography
Hi! My name is Chloe and I am a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix, also known as a Chi-Weenie! I was dropped off at a rural shelter in Southern Virginia...still not sure why I was dropped off because everyone seems to think I am pretty great! I am around 5 months old and haven't met anyone I don't love. I am a puppy, so I do need a little work. I like to potty inside the house, although I do go outside, too. I am just little and need to go out more often and if you forget, well, I go! So, I need a little extra help with housetraining. I am also in my chewing phase, so you have to pick up your stuff or I might nibble on it. Sorry! I'm losing my baby teeth! One more thing, I am afraid every time I am fed, that you may take my food away. So, I growl and eat faster. My foster mom sits besides me and pets me and tells me that I will never be without food again, but I'm still scared, please be patient with me. All of this may seem like a lot of work, but I am totally worth it. I will cuddle with you and kiss you to make up for it. I actually like doing both of those things. I am crated during the day, and although I don't really like it, I do it because I know at the end of the day I get to sleep in the BIG BED! If you have room in your bed for me, please start the application process on the website.
****UPDATE: I am house trained to puppy pads and like to go outside now, too!!! If I have an accident, it's because I don't realize how long I am and only half of me is one the pad.
