The
Animal Rescue Site is awarding $100,000 in grants to eligible Petfinder.com member rescue organizations.
The grand prize is a $20,000 grant and there are many more prizes ranging from $1,000 for weekly winners up to $5,000 for the runner-up. There will be a winner in every state as well as other grants!
The Petfinder.com rescue organizations with the most votes will win. You can click to help animals at
www.theanimalrescuesite.com, and then vote for your favorite participating Petfinder.com shelter. Clicking and voting are free, with no registration required. You can vote once every day during the Challenge, which starts on April 13th, 2009.

single headquarters DRNA location to be able to collect more votes for all of DRNA instead of spreading them out over all the DRNA Pet Finder listings.

- Then a screen will display - the link to search and vote for DRNA is at the top center of the screen - it is in a small rectangle that has - "Help your favorite animal shelter win a prize with a VOTE NOW button" - click the "vote now" button
- A new window will open - scroll down and key in Dachshund Rescue of North America in the shelter name field. Then choose "IN" Indiana as the state. Then type in "Greensburg" as the city. Then click on SEARCH
- The page will refresh - and below the area where you entered all of the above information the following should display:
