November 2008

Sweet Pea, Leavenworth, Kansas
Adopted Nov. 2006

Sammi, Staten Island, New York
Adopted November 2006

Chachi, Odenton, Maryland
November 2004
Since being adopted, Chachi’s really come out of his shell, becoming much more affectionate and playful. The enthusiastic greeting I receive from him every day when I get home is the best part of my day. Chachi has turned out to be the sweetest, happiest little guy, and often times I think he’s saved me instead of vice versa.

Joy, Neptune, Beach Florida
Adopted November 2006
Joy’s puppies were adopted but she was saved in the nick of time. She went from bad times to the highlife. Joy likes walks around the neighborhood and also on the beach. She has shown her Dad just how fast she can go with those short little legs of hers. Although Joy is only part Dachshund (weighing in around 30 lbs), she has many Doxie friends at the dog park. Joy’s favorite thing is a belly rub. Her humans can walk toward her and she automatically rolls over on her back. Of course with those big brown eyes, how can anyone say ‘no’! So life in Florida is good and it didn’t take long for Joy to train her people.
