Biography
Phoebe is a very sweet young dog. She was found as a stray in Texas along with her brother, Charlie. This is so unfortunate because they are mostly blind or at least have very low vision that we feel stems from some hereditary problem. We can't imagine how they got around when they were out on the streets by themselves. We are so happy that fate led them to us. We would like to see them get adopted together. Their foster mom says these pups follow her everywhere so its easy to keep an eye on them and get them out for potty breaks. Both love to sleep in the big bed. Both are lap dogs and are fine with other dogs after an initial adjustment period. Phoebe's ideal home has a securely fenced yard (no exceptions), no cats, no children, no large dogs. An at-home adopter would be a plus for her. ****Applicant must be willing to drive to Ellicott City, Maryland (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Phoebe.****
