Biography
Poor little Cricket and her housemate, Cocoa, were displaced when their owners had to take custody of their four grandchildren and could no longer care for the two dogs financially. Needless to say, Cricket and Cocoa are very nervous at this time with all the changes in their little lives. They are in separate foster homes but we would like to see them reunited in their adoptive home. Cricket warms up quicker than Cocoa but both are very loving when they do. They like dogs their size but are fearful of larger dogs. They very much enjoy interaction with people. If you want to add two young dogs to your family who will adore you, please apply for this lovely pair of chocolate and tan doxies or apply for just one. Preference will be given to the applicant who can adopt the pair. They do need a home with a securely fenced in yard, a small dog buddy, and no small children. Not 100% housetrained so they need patience. ****Applicants must be willing to drive to Ellicott City, Maryland (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Cricket.****
