Biography

Fancy was given up in Alabama because their owner could not afford to care for her. She was quite neglected. She is a timid little girl who needs help with housetraining. She needs to be taken out on a regular schedule. Once outside, she knows to potty there. Fancy will need a home with no stairs or an adopter who is willing to carry her up and down. Stairs are harder for smaller dogs and Fancy is very small. She is sweet as can be. She will need a quiet companion dog friend in her new home. ****Applicants must be willing to travel to Ellicott City MD (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Fancy. ****
