Biography
Duke is a young male dachshund mix. He looks mostly dachshund but his legs are slightly longer and his nose a little shorter than a purebred dachshund would be. He has a sweet temperament and is good with people and other dogs. He will need help with housetraining. He was rescued from a not so good situation where he wasn’t getting the attention he needed. He came with two other siblings. Guessing from their looks, I would say they are mixed with chihuahua. I would like to see Duke go to a home where there is another young dog his size and energy level, a fenced-in yard and where the adopters are active (and enjoy walking) and not gone long hours. **** Applicants must be willing to travel to Ellicott City MD (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Duke. ****
