| Lonely? Looking for a companion who will love you with total devotion? Do you want a little friend who plays an awesome game of fetch, who is not barky, and is an easy keeper? Stella is a super lovable little miniature doxie girl who does not look or act her age and who loves to play and be with her family. Stella is a true miniature weighing only 10 lbs. She loves her own person(s) and takes only a brief time to get to know and accept new people. Stella had been the only baby in her home since puppyhood but simply could not accept the new toddler who found Stella way too interesting, so we think Stella does not need any more small children. Stella walks beautifully on a leash, knows lots of commands, sleeps in her dog bed in her blanket, and is crate trained. She seems to get along fine with polite small dogs, but large dogs are not a good idea. We have not cat tested Stella. Dachshunds typically live to be 15-17 years old, so Stella is in her prime. She is velcro, following her foster mom everywhere, eager for lap time. She will happily keep you company on cold winter evenings while you watch TV or knit, she rides well in the car, and Stella is house trained! Stella has never had a fence so it's not required. |
