| Rupert came to DRNA as a stray from local shelter, so while we don’t know much about his past, his future is looking very bright indeed! We found that he was heart worm positive and he has undergone treatment and is now heart worm negative, ready for his forever home. Rupert loves cuddles on the couch, burrowing in blankets, walks and car rides. He’s great around other dogs, is very respectful when meeting new people is is not a barker. He prefers the company of women and wonder if he has not had a bad experience in the past involving a man. We guess he is around 10 years old and was out on his own for who knows how long. He does not like to go out of the house alone, perhaps he is afraid he won't be allowed back in.
