Biography

Jaxx was given up because his owner had a demanding schedule and could not take care of him properly. He was over-crated and was very unhappy with apartment living. He is a mild-mannered friendly little guy who deserves people who aren't gone long hours. He loves being with you, sitting in laps, giving kisses, and getting belly rubs. He’s friendly with everyone who comes into the house. He is leash-trained, crate-trained and pretty well-housetrained. He enjoys going for walks, but because he hasn’t had much socialization will bark at people and dogs when out. Even though he lived as an only dog, he quickly made friends with the dogs in his foster home and would love to live in a home with a playful dog his size. He loves to burrow under the blankets when it’s nap time or bed time. ****Applicants must be willing to drive to Ellicott City, Maryland (10 miles south of Baltimore) to meet and adopt Jaxx.****
