Ava is very sweet, calm, easygoing girl on a one to one basis, or can have a senior dachshund attitude of stubborness, & 'I don't wanna do it' personality! She had 'pep in her step', & even wanting to engage in play w/ foster 'siblings'; sadly now arthritis has has her 'sidelined'. Miss Ava is a well-behaved, house-trained little senior lady, who has made much progress w/ her trusting-----But can Still exhibit the Stubborn 'doxitude'!! She does require a slower & more patient approach, & once she knows you are 'ok', she is more relaxed. Her favorite past-time--- napping! Fostered in eastern NC.
