Biography
Chi-weenie alert!! Puddin needs a dog saavy owner who will take the time & effort she needs to trust you. Her heart has been broken. More than 1 owner surrendered her because they did not have the time to devote to her any more. At 9 lbs she is a the perfect size to take along. Don't let her size fool you, she is no push over. She would be awesome for an apt or condo living, she is happy to go potty outside or use the potty pad in inclement weather. She loves walks around the block and car rides! A Black and Tan chihuauhua/dachshund mini, she is house trained & crate trained. She will destroy anything that squeaks with utter glee, but does not destroy or damage things in the house. She doesn't need a crate and wants to sleep with her mom. She is affectionate and will be a pleasure to her adopter after she gets to know you. She is skittish at first and will not trust you not to be mean to her but when she feels safe she really is a sweetie. She just wants to be with her human and will snuggle while you read or with you most anytime. Puddin will do well as an only dog, although she tolerates calm foster siblings they are NOT necessary in her world. She prefers you... great little companion! Loves car rides, rides in her car seat, always ready to go, so happy to ride, gives kisses she is so excited.. pls email and let's chat about this special girl. *Puddin started on Prozac June 2014. She is responding VERY well and is doing great. Adoption fee $150
