| My name is Blue because they say I am a blue and tan long haired dachshund. Foster Mom just got me a spiffy haircut and I got rid of all this old yucky dirty long hair so I'm a little on the short side right now, but it's my fabulous summer cut. I am extremely cuddlesome and love everyone without reserve. I am a bit insecure around big dogs and can be aggressive in those circumstances but am OK with dogs my size, as well as cat and small children. I was part of a large group of dachshunds surrendered to the nice DRNA folks by a breeder. Go figure. We are all young, healthy and adorable...in short, FABULOUS specimens of the dachshund breed. Foster Mom thinks I would be an awesome only dog, although it isn't a requirement. I seem to be potty trained, I sleep peacefully in my crate at night (although I'll bet you could persuade me to hop in your big bed LOL!) and I mostly just bark when someone pulls up to the door. point. Do you think you could find room in your home and your heart for a handsome blue boy like me? Woof to you and I can't wait to get some cuddle time with my new forever parent or parents!!! |
