| Hello, my name is Dodson. I was a breeding dog, but the breeder turned me into the shelter when I got heart worms. Lucky for me, the shelter called my foster mom and she came and got me as well as my two sons who were also turned into the shelter. DRNA took care of my heartworms and now I am a healthy happy fellow. I have been neutered, had all my shots, and am on heartworm and flea prevention. Foster momma calls me her "perfect" dachshund. I am not afraid of people like many breeding dogs. I loved my foster mom from the start. I am crate trained, house trained, walk beautifully on a leash, and love to cuddle in her lap. I am good when you trim my nails and love being brushed. I have gotten along well with the other dogs here. I am so handsome and have recently developed the dash of tan on the top of my head! Foster mom is seriously tempted to keep me for her own, but she knows I would prefer to compete with fewer dogs for lap space. So, I need someone to give me lots of love and attention.
