| Norman was picked up as a stray in a large NC city. As you can see by his picture, he is grossly underweight, but his coat is full and very shiny. Norman was also found to have heartworms and is now undergoing treatment for them. He will not be available for his new home until early October. Norman is very sweet and gentle. He shows the most excitement when he thinks you are getting ready to pick him up. He loves to be close enough to touch you - his favorite spot is curled around your head with his head resting on your shoulders - also a great spot for giving kisses! Norman is fully housebroken with a doggie door although he does still have an occasional marking/accident. He has learned to walk on a leash, and enjoys going for car rides. He eats and sleeps in his crate without complaint or accidents. Norman loves his people, but he would not do well in a very loud, hyper-active setting. He needs gentle hands to reassure him that all is well and that he has nothing to fear. If you are looking for a constant companion, one who will give you everything he has for just a little attention and love, Norman may be the perfect Little Man for you! His adoption fee is $275.00 |
