| This is 10 yr old Pedro. Yes he is a dachshund, a red smooth boy. Very sweet, but can be a little shy until he gets to know you. Then he becomes your very bestest friend. He loves to go for walks and is very good on a leash. Likes riding in the car also. Pedro comes with his special buddy, Spicey. They have to be placed together, and yes Spicey is a Chihuahua. Although she is the boss of the two. They have been together since 2003. The reason both dogs were surrendered is that their owner had to move because of the economy and she could not find a place to live that allowed dogs. So very sad. Pedro has some typical senior athritis and an old inijury to his rear right leg. But does not stop him from running. Pedro is also housebroken, and crate trained. He has to be placed with Spicey, he gets very anxious with out her. Both dogs are located in SW PA. Pedro's adoption fee is $150.00 and Spicey's will be $275.00 |
