| Fred is an owner surrender due to neglect. Fred is a sweet old guy that loves to sit in the sun and relax. Fred has a very hard time getting around but with a little help he will walk on the deck and loves to spend time outside. Fred has only one tooth up front and this causes his tongue to sit adorably to the side of his mouth.
